My family dropped me off at the airport, and even then it didn't feel real. I said goodbye (mom cried, which wasn't surprising), and then went through security and that was that. I am here on my own accept for my trusty travel companion...
Woody is the companion I brought with me, because traveling during Spring quarter means everyone is very busy with school or work.
As far as flights went, the first part was tolerable. It turns out even at my height, I feel too tall for coach seating. My legs were fairly cramped by the time we landed. However, the flight did have a very decent selection of free movies to watch, and like the true adult I am, I spent more than half of the flight watching Disney and other animated movies. Oh and I colored, while watching them. I had my first in-flight meal, and without surprise it kind of stunk.
So I don't have very many adventures to share as of yet, I had the shortest layover in Paris and then landed in Berlin and got out of the airport in no time. I was actually surprised at how quickly it went. So I caught a cab and in no time I was in a hotel attempting to sleep.
The hotel room is probably the smallest I have ever seen... I'm not even joking, and that's saying a lot since I've lived in a tiny studio for the past 7 months or so. You can see the size in the pictures.

Well that's about all for this first night... I'll post more about the continuing adventures. Bye all.
